The story

Meet Fo.

Fo is a young harp seal. Seals surface, look around, and dive again — which is exactly what Focue is about: notice where you are, choose, return.

Fo lives on the shore of your attention ocean. Some sites are currents that carry you somewhere you didn't choose. That's drift, and it happens to everyone.

Fo isn't a coach and doesn't keep score. Fo is glad every time you come back — that's the whole job.

Add the handful of domains that eat your day. Focue stores them as plain domain names — never full URLs or history.

Set a daily limit you actually believe

A per-site budget in minutes. Time only counts while you're really looking at the tab, and it resets each local day.

Get a calm interruption, not a slap

When you hit the limit, Fo steps in with the tone you chose. Need five more minutes? Type one intentional sentence and they're yours.

No analytics, no AI

No tracking scripts and no product telemetry. Interruption messages are local copy packs bundled with the extension.
