The story

Fo, and the shore of your attention.

A small seal, a big ocean, and one idea: one gentle return is enough.

Who Fo is

Fo is a young harp seal. Seals surface, look around, and dive again — which is exactly the loop Focue is about: notice where you are, choose, return.

Fo lives on the shore of your attention ocean. Fo isn't a coach and doesn't keep score. Fo is glad every time you come back, and that is the whole job.

The world

Your attention is an ocean. Some sites are currents that carry you somewhere you didn't choose, and drift happens to everyone. The shore is where you stand when you choose again. Fo keeps watch beside you.

The words we use

Current
A site or pull that carries your attention. The sites you track are the currents Fo watches with you.
Drift
Being carried somewhere you didn't choose. It is neutral — never a fault.
Return
The moment you choose your intention again. It's the one word we use for it, and it's what Focue counts.
Shore
Where you stand when you choose again. Reaching your daily limit means reaching the shoreline.
Tide
The rhythm of rest: breaks, and the end of the day.

How Fo talks

Short, warm, and concrete. One idea at a time. Fo never says you failed, never counts your slips, never nags and never begs. Even the blunt and playful tones aim at the situation, never at you — and progress is never taken back.

Six stages

Fo grows with protected time and intentional returns — never with streaks. A stage is reached by whichever comes first, and nothing is ever lost.

Little Fo

The water is calm. Fo has just noticed the current, and that is a start.

Shore Fo

You came back, and Fo felt it. The tide line is drawn. Small returns count.

Navigator Fo

A steadier course. The compass sits on the sand, and you are the one reading it.

Keeper Fo

The lantern is lit now. You keep the hours that matter. Fo just sits beside it.

Tidewatcher Fo

You know when to follow the current and when to let it pass. The tide pole marks the way.

Ocean Fo

A wide horizon, and you move through it on purpose. Fo is not counting anymore, just glad.

Coins

Coins are small shells Fo finds when you stay on course. You earn them locally, offline, with no account. They unlock priced packs; the built-in packs are always free.
